How to work strategic with Learning and Development

This week a podcast was launched via Danish ‘Omstilling’. A colleague and I were interviewed and were asked to elaborate about how we in practice have implemented the link between the Strategic Workforce Planning and Learning Plans and how this work leads to both greater employee satisfaction as well as sharp focus on people development.

The interview led to a very interesting conversation about Strategic Workforce Plan, Learning Plans, and how results boil down to being persistent. In reality – as we also concluded – being persistent and keeping on focusing on what matters leads to great results. Just like compounding interests. Somehow basic, but like stakeholder management, it can be difficult to master.

The interview is in Danish. Content is very much HR specific. You find the podcast by following this link.
